BEIJING: Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Thursday sent a message of condolences to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh concerning the terrorist in Mumbai. Mr. Wen said China condemned the attacks, noting that it is firmly opposed to terrorism of any form. On behalf of the Chinese government, Mr. Wen expressed deep grief for the victims and conveyed sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims and those wounded in the violence.
