Death condoled

The State general secretary of Janata Dal (Secular), K. John Moses, has described the death of former Prime Minister V. P. Singh as a great loss to the people of the country. In a condolence message, Mr. Moses said that he would be remembered for implementing the Mandal Commission recommendations. The State president of student wing of the party, R. Gandhi, said it was a loss for forces that stood for social justice.
