KOCHI: The law fraternity should take the initiative in building a legally-conscious populace, said Kerala High Court judge Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan. He was speaking after inaugurating the 10th anniversary celebrations of Samatha Law Society here. He also released a book titled Life Made Simple by T.P. Sasikumar, who delivered a talk on ‘professional proficiency’.
