Dies of burns

KOCHI: The woman who had attempted suicide by setting herself alight after dousing her body with kerosene died in hospital on Thursday.

Sreeja, 24, wife of Anil, Palachuvadu, Piravom was admitted to Ernakulam Medical Centre with 90 per cent burns on Tuesday.

She died by 10.45 a.m. The couple was married for two years and has a one-year-old girl child. — Staff Reporter
