Bangalore: Governor Rameshwar Thakur has mourned the death demise of the former Prime Minister V.P. Singh. In a condolence message the Governor said: “The news has come as a great shock to his friends and admirers everywhere. Mr. Singh was not only a good human being, but had tremendous capacity for work with great sympathy, imagination and amiability,” according to a press release issued here on Friday. — Special Correspondent
