Second Test in Chennai

Mumbai: At the behest of ECB Chairman Giles Clarke, the second Test between India and England will now be played in Chennai from December 19.

The ECB had requested the BCCI to shift the Test from Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai, to a venue in South India. The first Test will be played at Ahmedabad from December 11 and a three-day matchagainst the BCCI Presidents’ XI at Baroda from December 5.
