NEW DELHI: RAINFALL: Weather was dry over the region.

TEMPERATURE: The minimum temperatures changed little. They were above normal in Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plain was 04.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).
