‘Crab Fiesta’ at Green Park

VISAKHAPATNAM: Seafood lovers, especially the people who have a special appetite for crabs, can now relish a hearty meal at Hotel Green Park. The hotel is hosting the delicious ‘Crab Fiesta’ at its recently renovated Tulips restaurant. The festival has the choicest of crab delicacies cooked by the hotel’s master chef.

Crab lovers can relish from the fresh, juicy and succulent crabs spread in wide variety of choices. The festival offers an entire range of crab delicacies starting from soups, appetisers, along with main course dishes in Continental and Indian varieties and the delectable line-up will bait anyone!

The menu includes sweet corn crab soup, ginger crab, crabmeat ball with steam rice, special chilly crab (dry or wet) and ginger crab with vegetarian fried rice or vegetarian noodle.

Unlike other crab items that entail a labour-intensive eating procedure, the ‘crabmeat ball with steam rice’ is delightfully easy and delicious.

And from the continental kitchen, the festival brings the barbeque crab, crab with red wine sauce and crab stew.

The Indian cuisine includes crab chettinad, crab fry and crab masala with plain rice.
