Incentives for new industries

Kakinada: The District Industries Promotion Committee has given approval for coal linkages to new industrial units and granted subsidies in power tariff to 19 units, stamp duty to four units, sales tax to seven units and interest to one unit under the industrial incentive scheme. Collector Gopalakrishna Dwivedi has, in a review meeting on the NIIPP, ordered the officials to dispose of the applications received for setting up of industries under the policy at the earliest.
