BPO inaugurated

PUDUCHERRY: Sparsh BPO services, the domestic BPO subsidiary of Intelenet Global Services Pvt. Limited, inaugurated a delivery centre in Puducherry on November 26 as part of a strategic deal with Aircel, mobile services operator to provide customer support services for Aircel’s operations in Tamil Nadu and Chennai circles. According to a release, the centre, located at Kurumbapet, had a capacity of 700 seats. With an initial headcount of 1,600, the centre was scalable to accommodate 2,200 employees.
