Medical camp for pensioners held

CHENGAM: A special medical camp was organised by the Community Service Banking-SBI on Sunday for pensioners attached to the bank.

Over 300 pensioners attached to the Chengam branch were screened by a team of doctors from Aravind Eye Hospital and Indira Gandhi Dental Medical College and Hospital, Puducherry.

A total of 15 doctors, including four government doctors and 20 nursing staff, checked the participants for various ailments.

Volunteers from Government Boys High School, Bharath Boys High School, Chengam, and Government Girls High School, Pudupalayam, were present to guide the participants at the camp.
