BCs seek quota Bill

HYDERABAD: A conference of three backward classes’ organisations here on Sunday sought introduction of a Bill providing for 33 per cent reservations for BCs in legislatures in the next Parliament session.

R. Krishnaiah, president, AP State Backward Classes Welfare Association, warned of nation-wide agitations by BCs if the government failed to introduce the Bill.
