KOCHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), in association with Max Mueller Bhavan, will offer a certificate programme in German language from January. M. Shanmugham, Regional Director of IGNOU, said that the course will be offered at six centres in the State that include Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kottayam and Pala.
