Book fair from December 20

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Institute of Children’s Literature will organise the second Thiruvananthapuram Book Fair from December 20 to 28.

The fair will be spread across the Kanakakkunnu Palace and the Sooryakanthi fair grounds. Attempts were on to ensure the participation of noted writers for various programmes to be organised in connection with the fair, a pressnote issued here said.

The release of books brought out by various organisations and cultural programmes would be organised as part of the fair.

A meeting to constitute the organising committee for the book fair would be held at Thiruvananthapuram on December 2, the pressnote added.
