Kakinada: District Sainik Welfare Officer A.V. Ramana Murthy called upon the ex-servicemen and their widows to make use of the website www.apsainikwelfare.gov.in launched for their welfare jointly by the Centre for Good Governance and Ram Informatics. Information about various schemes aimed for the welfare of ex-servicemen can be obtained from the website.
