ITC wins UNIDO award for e-choupal

KOLKATA: ITC has won the top UNIDO award for its initiatives in agri business at the International Conference on Sharing Innovative Agribusiness Solutions 2008 at Cairo, a company release said. ITC’s agri business was adjudged the winner, out of 120 solutions presented by 65 countries, for providing innovative solutions including updated information on crops in remote Indian villages. — Special Correspondent
