Double for Navy School

VISAKHAPATNAM: Navy Children School, Nausena Baugh, won a double in the District Basketball Association’s inter-school mobile tournament here on Monday.

Navy Children School trailed till the third quarter but came back strongly in the fourth to prevail over Visakha Valley School 30-23 in the boys’ final. Keerthi played well for the loser.

In a neck-to-neck fight that ensued till the third quarter in the girls’ final, the Navy school scored better in the last quarter to edge out Kotak Selesian School 25-20.

Both finals were played at the Kotak Selesian School.
