Names of candidates announced

NEW DELHI: Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president J. P. Agarwal on Tuesday announced the names of candidates who will contest Delhi University’s Academic Council and Executive Council elections scheduled for December 19 under the banner of Indian National Teachers’ Congress.

Ashwini Shankar has been fielded for the Executive Council, while for the Academic Council the following teachers will be contesting: R. S. Dahiya, Arun Kumar, Sanjay Tyagi, Sanjay Verma and Ramesh Kumar.
