New independent directors on ONGC board

NEW DELHI: Four more independent directors have been inducted in to the board of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). They are: Chanda Kochhar, S. S. Rajsekar, S. Balachandran and Santosh Nautiyal. With the induction of these directors, ONGC has eight independent directors on its board.
