Special teams formed: Jana

HYDERABAD: Special teams have been formed to nab terror suspect Vikar Ahmed who fired at a police party injuring one of them after they made a bid to nab him.

Making a statement in the Assembly on Wednesday, Home Minister K. Jana Reddy said special teams comprising trained personnel in counter insurgency work have been formed to apprehend Vikar and his associates. He said security has been intensified in the city and Cyberabad police commissionerate limits.

He made an appeal to the people not to be perturbed by the incident.
