DRM congratulates Usha

The boxer won a silver at the world championship

Divisional Railway Manager and president of the Eastern Railway Sports Association of Waltair Division D. Kamilla congratulating N. Usha on Wednesday.

VISAKHAPATNAM: Divisional Railway Manager and president of the Eastern Railway Sports Association of Waltair Division D. Kamilla on Wednesday congratulated N. Usha on winning a silver medal in the just concluded fifth World women boxing championship.

Mr. Kamilla also announced that a cash award would be presented to Usha.

Usha, working with the Railways in Visakhapatnam, won the medal in the championship held in China last week.

She called on Mr. Kamilla and other senior officials on Wednesday.

Additional DRM and Vice-President of ECoRSA V.S. Jeengar, Senior DFM and Sports Officer P. Ramachandra Rao, Assistant Sports Officer D.K. Kumar, general secretary of ECoRSA B. Appanna Reddy, assistant general secretary R. Srinivasa Rao, boxing secretary of ECoRSA D. Kiran Sagar and others were present and congratulated Usha.
