Thiruvananthapuram: The Janakeeya Prathirodha Samithi took out a march to the Secretariat on Wednesday demanding the settlement of the Chengara agitation. Inaugurating the march, Laha Gopalan, leader of the agitation, warned of serious repercussions if the CPI(M) did not withdraw its siege at Chengara which, he alleged, was aimed at starving the agitators to death .
