Bail plea dismissed

HYDERABAD: Justice P. Swaroop Reddy of the A.P. High Court on Thursday dismissed the petition seeking bail for the accused in the murder of Kappatralla Venkatryudu, Kurnool .

The petition was filed by Padmakka and 26 others. It may be recalled that Kapatralla was killed by his rivals . This is the second bail petition being filed by the accused. The judge felt that there was no change in the circumstances to warrant reconsideration of the plea. —— Legal Correspondent
