Pension for eligible sportspersons

KARUR: Eligible sportspersons who had completed 58 years of age could apply for pension under the Diligent Sportspersons Scheme, according to District Sports Officer R. Geethanjali Rathnamala. The applications could be got from the District Sports Office at the District Collectorate on payment of Rs. 10. Filled in applications should reach the office before December 31, a press release issued here by the DSO added.
