CHENNAI: The regional office of the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has requested institutions in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry to get in touch with it to verify their proposals for increasing, or variation in, the intake or introduction of additional courses during 2009-10 are safe. Some proposals were lost in the fire that broke out at its office on Shastri Bhavan on October 17. Institutions have therefore been asked to verify whether their proposals are safe, along with the proof of submission. © Copyright 2000 - 2009 The Hindu |
