Alleged touts held

NEW DELHI: To curb the menace of touts, a special drive was launched by the Anti-Fraud Team of Northern Railway at the reservation and parcel offices in the Capital recently. Raids were also conducted at unauthorised travel agencies as part of the drive.

During the drive, a Gurgaon-based travel agency was raided and 26 reserved tickets and two cancelled tickets were recovered from the agency. The owner of the agency along with seized items was handed over to Railway Protection Force for prosecution.

In addition, four touts were also arrested at the parcel office in Delhi.
