Pavan School wins

HUBLI: Pavan School, Dharwad defeated Nirmala Thakkar School by 70 runs in the KSCA under-16 inter-school cricket tournament at the Karnataka Gymkhana ground here on Friday. Pavan School scored 227 runs and restricted Nirmala Thakkar School to 157.

The scores: Pavan School 227 for 5 in 40 overs (Akshay Kundapur 94, R. Mohan three for 34) bt Nirmala Thakkar School 157 in 35.3 overs (M. Sanket 51). — Staff Correspondent
