Good knock by Kavitha

VISAKHAPATNAM: S. Kavitha (78) and V. Keerthi (67 not out) enabled North Zone reach 219 for eight in its first innings against Central Zone in the ACA senior women’s inter-zonal cricket tournament at Kakinada, which ended in a draw on Friday.

Central picked up three points on the virtue of its first innings lead while North Zone got just one point.

The scores: Central 280 drew with North 219 for eight (S. Kavitha 78, V. Keerthi 67 not out).
