Corrections and Clarifications

In the scorecard of the C.K. Nayudu under-22 cricket tournament, "Bengal in semifinals" ("Sport", December 9, 2008), the first innings score of Assam against Punjab was inadvertently left out. The scorecard should have read Punjab 342 in 110.1 overs (Gurkreet Singh 93, Gaurav Gambhir 91, Prasanta Sonuwal four for 97, Pankaj Saikia three for 95) and 471 for three in 121 overs (Farul Kanwar 171, Taruwar Kohli 168 batting) vs Assam 129.
