KOZHIKODE: A workshop for Principals on “improving thinking” in schoolchildren is being organised in Kozhikode on December 13 by EZ Vidya, a learning solutions organisation and member of the National Committee for ICT in Education. EZ Vidya is a group of 75 school education professionals and researchers. Since 2002, its activities are being patronised by about 200 schools and have benefited over one lakh students and 3,000 teachers, all over the country. Recognising its contributions to the cause school education, software giants like WIPRO and IBM and corporates like TVS, have made it a partner to accomplish their socio-educational initiatives under their Corporate Social Responsibility programmes. EZ Vidya is organising a Principals workshop on integrating “thinking skills” in ICT curriculum for school students from classes I to X and XII. For details, contact D.I.
