New Congress office building in Karimnagar

KARIMNAGAR: A newly constructed party office for Congress Party, called Congress Bhavan is all set for inauguration in Karimnagar by Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy.

Dr. Reddy is likely to formally inaugurate the office in the third week of December.

Spread over one acre land at Padmanagar on the outskirts of Karimnagar town, the Congress Bhavan has modern facilities such as special press conference hall with a capacity to house 200 journalists and television crew.

Two huge meeting and function halls are part of the office with a capacity to seat around 5,000 delegates.

DCC president Santhosh Kumar said that the meeting halls and function halls in the party office would be given for marriages and other functions on rent to anybody.
