Rail quota for cancer patients

Cancer patients travelling alone or accompanied by one attendant will now be provided accommodation in the general quota to the extent possible or cancer quota to the extent possible or emergency quota to the extent available or general wait list in nine trains originating from Mumbai area of the Central Railway. The quota will be earmarked at the originating station or intermediary stations and the facility will be available on-line from Wednesday.
