G.O. 610: deadline fixed for repatriation

HYDERABAD: Ranga Reddy district has been identified as an area in Zone VI under the Presidential Order as having fairly large number of non-local employees necessitating repatriation under G.O. 610.

At a meeting here on Wednesday to review the progress of repatriation from Ranga Reddy, Chief Secretary P. Ramakantha Reddy asked officials to transfer rest of the non-locals immediately and further identify this category of employees if remaining in the area.

He fixed end of December- as the deadline for completing this process.

Zone VI consists of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Medak, Nizamabad, Nalgonda and Mahabubnagar districts.
