Gagan Verma stretches lead

NEW DELHI: Gagan Verma stayed on course of winning the Gannon Dunkerley NCR Cup golf tournament when he carded a one-over 73 and stretched his lead to a whopping eight strokes in the third and penultimate round at the Delhi Golf Club course here on Thursday.

Defending champion Rashid Khan matched Verma’s card and shared the second spot with Karan Vasudeva and Keshav Kapoor.
