Free course in media studies

CHENNAI: Applications are invited from students belonging to BC, MBC and DNCs , who have completed their 12th standard, for admissions to free courses on media studies being offered by the State Government.

According to a release from Softview Visual Communication, which will conduct the classes, the courses offered are mass communication and journalism, visual communication and digital photography.

The courses are of six month duration each.

Enclosures

Those interested to join can apply by enclosing photocopies of community certificate, ration cards, salary statement of parents (eligibility is less than Rs.50,000 per year) and 12th standard pass certificates.
