Dinesh settles for bronze

NEW DELHI: Dinesh Kumar was outpunched by Russian Artur Beterbiev in an 81-kg semifinal bout to bring an end to India’s quest for a better medal in the International Boxing Association (AIBA) World Cup in Moscow on Saturday.

Dinesh retired after trailing 1-10 in the second round. In the first round, Beterbiev was leading 2-1. Dinesh alongwith Akhil, Jitender and Lakra had to settle for the bronze medal.
