Railways in final

HYDERABAD: Railways recorded a seven-wicket win over Hyderabad in a final round match of the all-India inter-state senior women’s cricket tournament Group ‘B’ match here on Monday.

Batting first, Hyderabad made 110 for nine in 50 overs. In reply, Railways reached the target losing only three wickets.

In the final, Railways will take on Maharashtra at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium (Uppal) here.

Hyderabad 110 for nine in 50 overs lost to Indian Railways 114 for three in 26.1 overs (Jaya Sharma 62).

Jharkhand 129 in 50 overs (Seema Singh 31, Shraddha Chavan four for 33) lost to Mumbai 130 for two in 36.3 overs (Monica Sumra 42, Rajeshwari Goyal 42 not out).
