Shilpa bags five

VISAKHAPATNAM: T. Shilpa Chandran bagged five wickets for ACA Secretary’s XI, but ACA President’s XI managed to get a three-run lead in the two-day selection match held to select ACA’s senior women’s team at Kakinada on Sunday.

The scores: ACA Secretary’s XI 176 for seven in 90 overs and 45 for no loss in 12 overs drew with ACA President’s XI 179 in 81 overs (P.K. Neelavathi 33, N. Geetha 31, S. Monika Sai 30, T. Shilpa Chandran five for 25, S.V. Salma Banu four for 64).
