CSF triumphs

THRISSUR: Cordiant Sports Foundation (CSF) crushed Pattara Swantons CC by 95 runs and won the Santosh Menon Memorial all-Kerala cricket tournament at the CNN High School ground, Cherpu, here on Monday.

Batting first, Cordiant Sports Foundation piled up 320 before being dismissed in the last over. In reply, Swantons CC could only manage 225.

The scores: Cordiant Sports Foundation 320 in 39.5 overs (Reji Lal 84, Arun Paulose 81, Rizawan 45, Pius five for 73) bt Pattara Swantons CC 224 for seven in 40 overs (V.P. Nithin 63).
