Hindu Jagarana Abhiyan from December 19

Davangere: The Hindu Jagarana Vedike will go on a ‘Hindu Jagarana Abhiyan’ from December 19 to January 15. The vedike’s district convenor Veeresh and Davangere city convenor Deepak Kanade told presspersons here on Tuesday that the abhiyana was aimed at creating awareness among the people about the ‘ulterior designs’ of Pakistan to destabilize our country by spreading terrorism. Talks and seminars would be held in villages of Davangere district during the abhiyan. They said that Pakistan has declared a proxy war against India and people at the helm of affairs had failed to contain terrorism.
