IGNOU to give fee concession

NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University has decided to give 50 per cent fee concession to students of the below poverty line category for various diploma programmes with effect from the January 2009 session.

Some of these programmes covered by the scheme are diploma in value added products from fruits and vegetables, diploma in dairy technology and diploma in meat technology.
