MCD to extend biometric system

NEW DELHI: The Municipal Corporation of Delhi has decided to extend its biometric system of attendance -- which it introduced at its headquarters in Town Hall in August -- to its zonal and field formations as also to its schools. The announcement was made by MCD Commissioner K.S.Mehra at a meeting of the Standing Committee on Wednesday.
