Court notices on poor dialysis facilities

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notices to the Centre, the Delhi Government and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) on a public interest litigation alleging that government hospitals in the Capital did not have proper dialysis facilities for kidney patients.

Issuing the notices, a Division Bench of the Court comprising Justice A.P. Shah and Justice S. Muralidhar asked the respondents to file replies to the petition by January 14.
