Bomb hoax: exams put off

CUDDALORE: An anonymous call about a bomb threat received by the Principal of a private school at Vriddhachalam on Thursday morning caused a stir in the town.

On information a police team rushed to the school and after scanning the entire school premises it found the call a hoax. As the news spread the parents rushed to the school and took away their wards.

Therefore, the school management had to postpone the examinations scheduled for the day. — Special Correspondent
