METTUR: A farmer was murdered in his house in Kolathur block on Tuesday night.

Police said Palaniyappan (65) of Kottaiyur and his elder brother Kandasamy (65) entered into a quarrel. In the end, Kandasamy reportedly hacked his brother to death. Police registered a case.
