Woman kills husband

CHENNAI: A woman killed her husband in front of their children in a lodge in Aminjikarai here on Thursday.

Police said P.Nicholas (26) was living with another man in Madhavaram while her husband, P.Pravin (32) of T.P. Chathram, was living with their two children in a lodge. On Thursday, Nicholas went to meet Pravin for a patch-up which led to an argument.

While Pravin asked her to leave, Nicholas stabbed him with a knife. The victim suffered a serious injury and died on the spot. Even as the children raised an alarm, the accused escaped from the scene. The Aminjikarai police are investigating.
