Robert stars for Robin CC

VISAKHAPATNAM: Robert Paul with a fine all-round show, a six-wicket haul with his leg-spin that followed a knock of 59 runs (6x4,1x6), led Robin CC into the quarterfinals of the 23rd D. Sekhar Rao memorial cricket tournament with a 74-run win over Chaitanya Engineering College here on Saturday.

Classic CC scored a last-ball win over Hindustan Shipyard Recreation Club.

The scores: Hindustan Shipyard RC 120 for eight in 20 overs lost to Classic CC 122 for five in 20 overs.

Robin CC 157 for eight (Robert 59, Varun 47) bt Chaitanya Engineering College 83 in 18.3 overs (Robert Paul six for 28).
