Handball team

Bangalore: A 16-member team will represent Karnataka in the National junior handball championship for girls at Howrah District in West Bengal from December 23 to 28.

The team: Sheetal Francis, Shilpa Kammar, Deepa Torgal, Sanjana Shekar, Anuka, Vidya Shree, Asha, Ashwini, Deepika, Arpitha Anand, Divya, Ramya Rani, Madhu Angedi, S. Neha, Taranam Shirahatti and Tabassum Shirahatti. Coach: Srinivasan; Manager: Veena Shekar.
