Shoaib sizzles for HYCC

HARIPAD: Opener Shoaib struck a whirlwind 90 not out off 25 balls as host Haripad Youngboys Cricket Club crushed Dukes CC (Adoor) by nine wickets in the opening match of the K.K. Sreenivasan Memorial all-Kerala cricket tournament at the GBHSS ground here on Sunday.

The scores: Dukes CC (Adoor) 119 in 23 overs lost to HYCC 120 for one in nine overs (Shoaib 90 n.o.).
