Gokul on a roll

CHENNAI: Chennai lad Gokul Krishna of Wallace Sports repeated his three-win feat in the second round of the JK Tyre Junior Cup races in the Formula Maruti category at the Irungattukottai track on Sunday.

Gokul, who had won all the three races on Saturday too, has achieved the rare feat of winning six successive races.

K. Prashanth of Rams Racing also had a good outing with five second places and one third-place finish.

Race 1 (8 laps): 1. Gokul Krishna (10:14:290); 2. K. Prashanth (10:21:249); 3. Chetan (10:49:582).

Race 2 (8 laps): 1. Gokul Krishna (10:06:664); 2. K. Prashanth (10:14:035); 3. Chetan (10:27:861).

Race 3 (8 laps): 1. Gokul Krishna (10:10:697); 2. B. Paragjyothi (10:13:781); 3. Prashanth (10:14:877).
